Help me decide what ATV/QUAD to get?

I'm gonna be 13 tomorow and im looking to get my first quadcan u help me decide between a brand new raptor 250 or a used raptor 350im experienced in ridind quads but not manual but my cousin learned it in 3 days and he resently got a used raptor 350 as his Xmas gift and its his first manual quad so should i buy a NEW raptor 250 or a USED raptor 350 (the 350 is about $3,400 and the 250 is about $5100) i dont live in the US i live in Dubai UAE
